To further standardize cosmetics administrative licensing, improve the work efficiency, and in accordance with the Regulations Concerning the Hygiene Supervision over Cosmetics, the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) recently issued a notice on expanding technical review conclusions for administrative licensing of special-purpose cosmetics, which specified the expanding range and the working procedures. The notice will be put into force on January 1, 2013.
