To intensify the management of cosmetics administrative licensing, further improve work efficiency and offer convenience to the administrative counterpart, the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) recently issued a notice on simplifying the procedures for cosmetics producers to change name or address (production site unchanged) in accordance with the Regulations Concerning the Hygiene Supervision over Cosmetics, and on the conditions of the original application requirements unchanged.

The notice shall come into effect as of February 1, 2013.
